The model I would like to order is out of stock. How long before it is available again?

Unfortunately, it depends on the specific model, and we cannot always provide exact amount of time. Please contact customer service to find out when the model you’d like to order will be available.

When will the new models came out?

Currently there’s no particular schedule for our new models to came out. Keep an eye on our social media for exciting new launches.

Is there any additional charge for personalized shoes and how long does it take to proceed?

Yes, there is additional charge for personalized shoes and it will take only 1 (one) working day to proceed (shipment period excluded).

Can Freddie the Frog shoes be worn outdoor?

Freddie the Frog shoes are not recommended for outdoor use. They may be worn outdoors, but on flat and dry surfaces only.

How to clean Freddie the Frog shoes?

We recommend spot cleaning your Freddie the Frog shoes with a mild detergent, warm water and tooth brush. For stain in synthetic leather, use eucalyptus oil on cotton bud to clean the spot. Do not machine wash, bleach or iron.

Are larger shoes sizes available?

Currently, Freddie the Frog shoes only available in three (3) sizes:
3 (3-6 months* / 11 cm insole length)
4 (6-9 months* / 11.5 cm insole length)
5 (9-12 months* / 12 cm insole length)
*approximate age only - may differ by child

Do you ship internationally?

YES WE DO!
Freddie the Frog shoes ships to almost everywhere in the world. For overseas customers, we ship via EMS by POS INDONESIA. The estimated delivery time is 3-7 days. But during peak seasons and holiday period, we cannot guarantee the shipping time. Freddie the Frog shoes is not responsible for the collection or payment of destination duties and taxes. All extra charges will be the responsibility of purchaser.

What payments are accepted?

For Indonesian customers, payment can be made via bank transfer to our BCA or Mandiri Bank account. For overseas customers, payment can be made via Western Union, PayPal or global remittance to our BCA or Mandiri Bank account.

What is unique code on the grand total amount?

A unique code is an identification number that generated once you submit your order. This number facilitate us to proceed your order faster without any further payment confirmation from you. Please make sure to transfer the exact number on the grand total amount.

Where does Freddie the Frog shoes products come from and which currency is your products priced at?

Freddie the Frog shoes products are come from Indonesia. All of the products are priced out in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or US Dollar (USD).

Will the personalized (My Own) on the bottom sole fade out after a long time?

All the wording on the bottom soles are printed by laser technology, therefore they will not fade out and even after washing. The beauty of My Own is it stays on forever.
